Scientific theorum to reverse cranberry sauce evolving into a bundt cake:
Measuring ingredients + Mixing + Heating= Starting over!
Sorry to say but there is no way to fix it!

Unfortunately, with all my experience in this field of science, I have discovered that there is no theorem of reversal for this travesty. I suggest you take the cake and dip it in cement and give it to your in-laws for a Christmas present; they make very effective door-stoppers.
