i like this guy. i talk to him a stuff and were good friends. but i feel more then just friends. what do i telll him!!

You should see where his head is First make sure he feels the same way before you put yourself out there.Take some time and drop "little hints" along the way.
And if you feel like you are gettin NO where then Yes be straight up and tell him

Just tell him that you like him and if he feels the same then both of you can start dating or seeing each other. Otherwise he might be shy and you will never know.
