Do both star signs match?
could a relationship ever work?

If I recall, the signs are not "compatable", however, this does not mean in anyway that an aqaurian and a cancer cannot have a full-filling and happy relationship..go for it.

Sun signs are not the only aspects determining compatibility. The positions of Mars and Venus, especially, play a role in how we interact with others.

although the two signs are not compatible, cancers are feminine signs and Aquarius are masculine, giving the possibility of a very successful and healthy relationship.
