What is this job called and how to get it?
What is the job called of a person who comes up with ideas for TV shows or adds new ideas on to them? And how do you get that job? I'm just curious.

I'm not sure how to get the job, but I would recommend taking any and all classes you can get your hands on that will develop the following skills
Writing - take creative writing classes
Production - take classes on stage production and theatrics, so you understand them
Marketing - you will want to learn marketing skills
Presentation - take classes in speaking so you will gain confidence in learning how to present your ideas. Couple that with the marketing classes, and you will really be able to do this.
Join a group like www.writing.com and start reviewing other people's work. And as you start to constructively analyze what is good and bad about other people's writings, you will develop your own skills.
It sounds like you are a very creative person, so if you could gain skills in those areas, I bet you will be able to prepare for a career in this area.

Have 100 million dollars OR get a job as an assoc. producer and work very hard for some time.
