I afraid that you may not be able to rectify this but can make a little effort may solve your problem.. before sleep take olive oil and rub with your finger against curve, cover with a handkerchief of soft towel adjust your equipment in underwear again against curve and sleep, do this for a month hope would work for you. Curve penis is a result of hot to immediately cold , like soon after using your equipment having cold water for shower or something...

No one has a dead straight penis, they all bend a little from the centre when erect up,down, left or right. Only in a few cases will surgery be required, but don't take this lightly as the operations can make things worse. If you get no complaints leave well alone.
