It depends on many factors.
First:
How tall are your parents? On average, girls are five inches shorter than boys. Subtract five inches from your dad's height (to get the height he would be if he were a girl), and average that height with your mom's height. This is about the height you will be.
Second:
Have you had a growth spurt? If you have, then there is a good chance that you won't grow more than a couple of more inches.
Third:
If you start playing a sport that makes you stretch taller (such as basketball, tennis, or swimming), you may grow a couple more inches. This happened in my experience. I stopped growing near the end of middle school, but in high school I started playing tennis. At the end of every high school tennis season, I found that I had grown a bit, somewhere from 1/2 inch to an 1 inch. This probably was from playing the sport, and this could happen to you too!
Be sure to eat healthy. You don't want to be short because you body is not getting the nutrients it needs, so be sure to eat fruits and drink milk daily.

There's no way of knowing how much you can grow. But to answer your 1st question, yes you still may grow.
