I would go to another doctor and get a BLOOD test. A blood test will without a doubt tell you if your pregnant or not and it will show up by now. I am also concerned she told you to take centrum vitamins, there are other prenatal vitamins to try that don't bother your stomach. Just because you didn't know you were pregnant wouldn't cause a miscarriage. It sounds to me like perhaps your hormone levels were low in your last pregnancy. You may want to see a doctor that specializes in high risk pregnancies since you miscarried so late in the pregnancy last time.

They will probably do quanitative HCG hormone blood tests, this is when they take a blood sample 3 times over 3 days to ensure that your HCG pregnancy hormone is at least doubling each day, which indicates a normal healthy pregnancy.

You do not need to wait until you are 3 months to have an ultrasound.

For some women, urine and blood tests won't give an accurate result. After you have missed 3 month's of periods, you can get the doctor to do an ultrasound. That way they can see what is going on inside you. So call your doctor and set up an appointment for December 22nd. They shouldn't make you wait past that. If so, call a different doctor.
