I've never heard of a "Naruto Convention" before. Your best bet is an anime convention and we've got those. xD
Yeah, they've got a list of pretty much all the major conventions in the world (or at least most of it) on Cosplay.Com, so I'd go there.

You could Google search "Anime Cons" or "Anime COnventions" too. Whatever works for you.
But FYI, they ain't free. o_o
