Sometimes I'm really tired, so I just hit the bed and I'm out. If I need to relax, I like to read - preferably a good book that I've read before and have enjoyed.

Wash up or shower and brush and floss my teeth. If there is special program or movie I may watch that. Then it is my time to speak with the Lord and thank Him for the Day, I say my prayers, and off to sleep.... Good Night

Take a shower immediately before going to bed. I like to sleep clean.

You must use teen-logic, as follows:
If you don't use your CPAP, you won't get enough sleep.
Without enough sleep, your brain won't get enough oxygen.
Without enough oxygen, your brain will be unable to come up with clever verbal approaches to attract teen females.
Without clever approaches, you will fall back on such standards as: "Pull my finger."
Using these approaches, you will die lonely and alone.
