You will probley find he was shocked to see you coming out of your bathroom naked, but this is your home and you have every right to do what you want even walk around naked if you want to.
You need to speak to the helper and tell him that you didn't know he was there when you came out naked the other day, and hope that it does not make things funny between the two of you ! ! The helper maybe feels funny about seeing you naked because of your age and the things that could be said about him if it came out you where naked around him.
You should also tell him that you were embarrased about what happend and just want things to go back to the way they where before this matter happend....Just be yourself act normal and then once you have spoken about the matter never talk about it again or bring it up ! !

I agree with Jeff, your a kid and a grown man saw you naked. They weren't related to you at all. That would make a lot of people feel awkward around you. You could talk about it with him. I have a question if you didn't have a towel, why didn't you like take the shower curtain if you had one. Luckily there is a bathroom in my room so i don't have to worry about that. Also maybe you should start changing in you're bathroom so you won't have to come out naked. Couldn't you have masturbated while you were showering. Maybe you just put him in an awkward situation coming out like that because youre a 14yr old boy and he is a fully grown man someone else who may have come along could have looked at situation quite different and totally misunderstood what you were both meaning to do regardless of what either of you both think

I would speak to him about it in private and say, "I hope I did not embarass you the other day when ..."
Then again, if he is a servant in your home, and especially because of your age, he should expect to see things like that every once and a while. Still, if you feel odd about it, talk to him and set your own mind at ease.
