£3.00 = 300 pence, divide this by 5 then multiply by two

300/5=60 60*2=120 =£1.20

you divide 3 pounds by 5.
so 3/5=0.6 then times by 2.
0.6 * 2=£1.20

covert to penny then do 300 divide by 5.
whatever the answer is multiply that by 2 so you have 2/5 in pennys.
