No. To special summon Black Luster Soldier from the graveyard you have to have summoned it the correct way first. Example, you special summon it the normal way and your opponent activates Torrential Tribute. BLS is destroyed but now you can special summon it from the graveyard. This same principle applies to Chaos Emperor Dragon as well.

no, he has to be special summoned (and can only be special summoned) by removing from play a light and a dark monster

u would need another black luster ritual spellcard, and have a level 8 monster on the field or in ur hand

No way, read it, it says it CANNOT BE SPECIAL SUMMONED, SET, OR NORMAL SUMMONED EXCEPT BY REMOVING FROM PLAY THE REQUIREMENTS. I say if you want it back, use Monster Reincarnation.

anyway,black luster dragon and chaos emperor dragon are forbiden from the legal cards.
