My birthday is in a couple weeks and I'm turning 14. I want to invite a couple of friends over for a movie or something, but I also want to invite guys. I get so nervous when a cute guy comes to my house or meets me somewhere. I just say stupid things. How can I throw a boy-girl party w/o getting so nervous?

Just do it!! Movies don't require talking!!
Just say "hey, I am having a birthday party at my house and if you would love to come...it would be cool!!" Say you are taking movie suggestions and ask the types of movies they like. Integrate everyone's ideas and pick a freaking awesome movie line up for everyone to watch.
It will be fun. Have popcorn. Have a popcorn fight. It will be fun.

When I was in 1st grade, I just invited all my friends. Half were girls and half were boys. I didn't invite any boys over for my 12th birthday but that was okay because I had fun with my girls. But if you want to invite guys, you can ask your friends to ask their guy friends to come over. Or do this. Invite someone over to your party and if there's a cute guy standing next to you, try to hint it loudly. If he really know you, maybe he'll ask to come.

Thera 9 is right. Movies don't require talking but since you porbably will, just think to yourself, they're probably just as jealous as you are.

relax just think about what u say not to say anything u'll regret. but also pretened that the cute guy ur talking to is ur friend when ur with friends u arent nervoes

Just ask natural. Have fun. And enjoy yourself. Ask them what they like to see and compare it to what the girls want and maybe you can find somethin everyone likes
