Some women walk around beaches topless just to tan themselves or for fun. Do you think this is fine as long as they are not implying anything sexual? Do you consider them s*uts? Would you do it?

I'm all for it. In fact, for the past four years I've only gone to nude beaches here on Long Island, and being naked is so much better than simply going topless.
It's not an exhibitionism thing, at least not for most of us. It's simply more enjoyable and appropriate to enjoy the beach naked, as long as it's a legal nude beach where nobody's going to be uptight and offended by the sight of simple bare skin.
All over tans look great also, and it's a lot more fun to swim, sunbathe, jog or just walk along the beach naked than being bundled up in some wet pieces of cloth.
It's time we lightened up about simple nudity...it never hurt anyone!

i come from a country where there is no problem. the main reason is to get a uniform tan, so you can wear anything without showing tan marks. i understand in the us people are more conservative and think that it is a provocation...so it depends where you are. i would not do it in the us, but i would at home or in Europe with no problem. AND WE ARE NOT PERVERTS!!

Don't do it if you are not single. Would you HONESTLY want him to run around without his bottoms on? Unless you two are alone on a beach No. If he askes you two adn you are comfortable however, thats your choice. Same with being single. If you are comfortable, and over 18 go ahead. To each his or her own.

As "dltscyc" said, here in the UK & Europe it isn't seen as a big deal - it's purely personal choice and is perfectly legal on any beach.

some people are proud of there breast, and don't consider themselves as s*uts. some just want attetion. i think we should all keep our d** clothes on !
