best overall would be Jump Around by house of pain, best in past 5 years would be either Hey Ya-Outkast or Yeah-Usher
Jump Around makes you want to get up and jump, i goes that Jump by Eddie Van Halen would be up there to cuz it kind of sends the same message, but Jump Around has a more partylike beat to it
