i am pregnant. it is my first. my nipples hurt so very much. does anyone know what to do to relieve the pain? i was just getting ready to go out now, and had to come back to sit down because of the pain..help!

use nipple cream, avoid wearing ill-fitting bras, consider investing in a nipple shield from your local maternity shop, and have a hug from me - i remember the feeling like it was yesterday not 15 years ago!!

You can try a little lanolin on your nipples (you will use it for breastfeeding later anyway).
I also recommend you switch to an all-cotton bra. Synthetic fabrics like polyester are going to make your nipples hurt right now.

Put some honey on, about 5Mn. After 5mn you man can enjoy id you wish

Tylenol is safe to take while pregnant.
