This could be new, or a used ladder, and prices for both would help.

don't buy one, rent one. 30 feet is a long way up, you need a good strong, stable ladder to reach this safely. Better still, pay someone else to do whatever the job is. Really.

You can generally get pretty cheap ladders at Home Depot, Lowes, or even Big Lots.
