I just removed my cast after breaking my radius bone at the wrist (the one in line with the thumb) and now i can move my ulna bone (the one in line with the pinky finger) when i press down on it, there is also some pain there when i bend my wrist upwards or try to bounce a ball, is it normal that the bone suddenly becomes moveable ?

Well first off all why on earth have you removed your cast ? You cast needs to be on for a period off time for the fracture to heal, and if you have taken it off to early no the fracture has not united together. You needs to go bck to the hospital tomorrow and get another cast on please.Ulna fractures need a support for the bone to heal, and yes the bone is moving as its not healed.

before everything i could strongly propose by contrast direction of action, plaster is a substance which absorbs inclusive of bacteria and so on and has of direction been in touch with skin for it sluggish without the floor being wiped clean, ineffective skin builds up and bacteria quickly stick to, in case you have been to by twist of destiny smash the floor at the same time as attempting to eliminate the solid then contaminated plaster airborne dirt and dust is probably to circulate into the wound with grotesque effects (the least of which being alot extra scientific costs to handle an avoidable an infection). even if, often they are bumped off by utilising utilising a small around observed to shrink interior the direction of the plaster alongside it extremely is length, the shrink solid can then be prised open and bumped off, yet as I say that may no longer extremely helpful as breaking the floor could bring about a extreme probability of an infection, in case you may insist on going forward regardless have something like a sturdy alcohol handy, possibly something like everclear or gasoline alcohol of a few style (hassle-free spirits are actually not likely to be adequate) to rub the section alongside and around the place you shrink the solid to sterilize the section (as much as is achieveable) in case there are any small cuts, this even if will sting in case you have a shrink yet might forestall you loosing the limb to a pair an infection. yet my suggestion is to no longer do it, the suggestion above is for reference only, i'm no longer even specific that even this could forestall you ending up with issues of a few style, and it is going without saying that by utilising removing it your self without scientific help there is not any thank you to substantiate the bones have set good that could reason untold issues. yet howdy it is your existence and your physique so the suggestion is there which you will do as you will.

Why would you remove the cast?! Maybe your wrist wasn't healed yet, go see the doctor, that's not normal

Probably not. BUT it is important that you see your doctor who is qualified, trained, and licensed to give you medical advice. People on this site are not. Good Luck!
