Yes, and when I told him how I felt, we talked about it and decided to give romance a try. However, not long afterward, we had another talk, and decided we liked it better being best friends than having a romantic relationship. We do love each other very much, but only as friends.

I've been in that position twice. With two of my best friends that are guys. But, years ago I tried to date a friend of mine and he cheated and we lost our friendship and it was hard to talk to each other. Therefore, I'll never cross into that position again. As for these two guys, they always ask me, if we could try, or why haven't we dated. I just tell them, that our friendship has more value to me than a lover relationship would. That I wouldn't want anything to change.

Thats the way it is supposed to work. Meet someone, become friends and then if love is meant to be.....let it evolve into something greater like marriage. Good luck. Pops

Yes, I have developed feelings deeper than that of friends for a man that is one of my best friends.

this happened with my friend..he was a guy and his best friend was a gurl..the gurl was in relationship with some other guy but when she broke up, obviously my friend supported her and soon they realised they were made for each other...there is nothing bad about it until both of you take it in a healthy way...remember-friends last but g/b fs don't..
