i had unprotect intercourse on 10/25. i was ovulating around the time. 2 days later i spotted saw it when i wipped. my pd was due 11/9. took a preg test when i was 4 days late it was neg.ive felt extremely dizzy, headaches everyday naseaus that comes and goes.i spotted again 2 days ago again only when i wipe. nothing yesterday, and again today. i feel very dull slight cramping....my periods always come with extremely painful pd the week b4.my breast, and lower back usually hurt with my pd, but thats not happening now. this hasn't been the case. has anyone experienced crampping this light and dull spotted once or twice and found out they were preg? did the slight dull cramping go away?

You might have a urinary tract infection, those often come with similar symptoms.

This has happened to me. I missed my pd in september of 2003 took a test and it came back negative. I spotted like you only when I wiped. When I went to the dr I was told that I was not pregnant, so I believed them.But the next month I missed my pd again and the same thing happend, the whole nine yards, and once again I took my dr word. Now its month three and I missed it again, so this time i demanded a blood test in which my dr was not willing to give but did. When I got the results I was told it was negative. So I went to another doctor about one week later, which took me into December, when that dr heard my issues he put in for me to take more test then the regualr pregnancy test. Come to find out I was pregnant. Can you believe how furious I was? Dont get me wrong as my doctor says what happended was not normal, but anything is possible. the only test that was accurate was the one I took in September.

I had cramping and spotting when I had a complete spontaneous abortion not that long ago. It sounds similar to what you have nausea, dizziness, etc... except the 4 pregnancy tests I took pre-spotting came back positive. It never hurts to call your doctor for an opinion.

Wait a week and test again, or go get blood work done. Thats a better idea, the blood work i mean.
If you're brain thinks your pregnant, it will make your body act as though it is. So its common to have weird periods, or skip if you THINK youre pregnant, even though you arent.
Take a test, or see your doctor so you can find out for sure.

this has happened to me actually, i had the same problem and i want to the doctor. he gave me a test and it showed that i was in fact pregnant but i was in the process of having a miscarriage. I had to go back 2 weeks later to get checked out to make sure there was no more dead tissue inside me.
i really suggest that you go see a doctor hun.

i've had months like that. a couple of months ago, i skipped my period. just like you i had just a trace of blood when i wiped. i was so sick to my stomache it was like i had migranes. and some crapmping. once i had to pull over and i thought i was going to throw up all over my car. i took a preg test. and it ws neg. im not preg, but i sure thought i was. now im fine.

It sounds like you are having a miscarriage before you even knew that you were pregnant. call your doctor they will probably have you come and get checked out. Good luck
