Guitar hero 2 is the best thing that ever came to ps2 its so addicting.
Who cares about phones i mean there not that big of a deal anymore. everyone has a razor now an days too cause there so cheap. They have been making razors crappier now since there in such high demand. i had one and it dropped from about 3feet and it completely broke. So Guitar hero 2 is the way better choice

depends which one you would use more, the phone or a game? personally i would get the phone its more practical and you probably would get more and better use out of.
