1st. what was the the last item you used that tripped the breaker, whatever it was turn it off or unplug it ,then try the breaker again, if thebreaker resets then you know that either that item is bad or you have a fault or short in that circuit so have it repaired ,otherwise yur breaker is blown they are a bit hard to remove but they do pull out , just pull a bit moving left to right or up and down, take it to a hardware store or lowes/home depot and buy another one. cost..anywhere from 4 to 25 bucks depending on make and amp size.

Mobile Home Circuit Breakers

Resetting the breaker isn't hard. Generally they don't go bad.
You need to turn it all the way off (till it is against the back stop)
This should reset it. Then turn it on like a light switch and it should stay. If the problem still is there, it will "pop" off again and that is a sure sign of a short circuit and until that is fixed the breaker will keep popping off.
Remember you must push the breaker all the way off to reset it, and then turn it back on.
If you turn a breaker off it goes all the way off without tripping and works just like a light switch and you can turn it on the same way.
If the breaker is tripped, the handle is in the middle position and feels "mushy" and it can be moved to the on position without turning the circuit on. That is why you must turn it all the way off to reset it. Then turn it on and you are back in business.

Good Luck ! ! !

Important.... If the breaker will not reset it is probably due to a short or overload somewhere on that circuit still exists. You need to find the problem and correct it. The breaker is a safety mechanism and you probably need to have an electrician do this as it appears you have not done this type of repair before. B safe. Get it fixed soon.

1. Remove cover (duhh)
2. Hold onto the wire that goes into the breaker you want to change.
3. Pull the wire towards you. The breaker should come out.
4. Change breakers.
5. Put the opposite end of the breaker that has the wire in it into place in the panel.
6. Push the other end into panel until it clicks in.
7. Turn on breaker.
