Assuming you mean the center of the Universe, it doesn't exist. It's not that we can't figure it out, or that it moves, it's that the universe actually doesn't have a center. Einstein said it this way "There is no privileged frame of reference".
The question is like asking "Where is the center of the surface of a smooth spherical balloon? Not inside the balloon as a whole, but on the surface of the balloon. There is no point on the surface that is more the "center" than anywhere else. For the Universe it's 3 dimensions instead of two, but the principle is the same.
If you're at any point in the universe 99+% of everything is expanding away from you. The rare exceptions are things that just happen to be randomly moving toward you, because the motion of things is a little random.

If it is refered to the Universe ,it would have a geometrical center ;however since everything in the Universe is shifting and moving; the center cannot be located instantaneously. This is basically The Heisenberg Uncertainty principle. So an absolute static center cannot exist for any lenght of time but moves continually following a probability function.

Well, since this a space and Astronomy question I can only assume that you are referring to the center of the universe!? This is...to date ...an unanswerable question since we are still in the infancy of space exploration. The inability of science to provide the data necessary to 'answer' the question forces one to consider alternative sources of information/enlightenment such as... philosophy for example. Philosophy is able to facilitate a plausible, albeit, short term answer by basically stating that if you don't know where the outside edges of space are and cannot therefore define it's center...you must rely on the knowledge of things you do know or can define. One such thing would be yourself. Your physical body. You are the only thing you can ever truly know or define and therefore are, unarguably, the center of the universe. What do you think!?
