Building constructive working relationships - they share ideas and information when working with others and actively find out other's views, concerns and feelings, even if they do not offer them freely. They demonstrate commitment and enthsiasm to delivering their own job and to supporting others in the team.
What are they talking about? Can you suggest answers?

I think you need to add more information or provide the situation for an answer. I personally have never heard of a field called that. There are several web pages on good interviewing techniques if that's what you're seeking.

BE CAREFUL!

I am not sure whether you are thinking about responding to an ad for one, or if you are looking for a job yourself and at risk of encountering a "Job interview expert".

However, if the interviewer and/or his or her company is on the System, you might be hearing or reading a lot of double talk.

For example, they "share ideas and information when working with others" and "actively find out other's views, concerns and feelings, even if they do not offer them freely". Oh! Oh!

In other words they EXTRACT information from others (and it may be information that endangers the applicant or interviewee) and they do not offer anything themselves or of themselves. This practice is called INTRUSIVE!

Why do they not give anything in return?

"They demonstrate commitment and enthusiasm to delivering their OWN job .. ." YES!

"and to supporting others in the TEAM"
The "team" of what?
If other team members are to be in on an auction of the job applicant, look out. Everybody might get a piece of you, or that is, shares in you if and/or when you go under the auction block and they possibly kill you (on the sneak).

Pardon my cynicism and my paranoia. No, maybe don't. Watch out!

The System doesn't help anyone. It helps itself.

that is basically what they are looking for as a member of their workforce, someone who is a good team player that is willing to share what he/she knows within the team and has the ability to communicate with the team to know their views concerns and feelings. in your job interview u should be able to reflect all those qualities..ur commitment and enthusiasm in ur previous jobs...to make the interviewer aware that yes, u possess the qualities they are looking for.

Have you been through some kind of recruitment process?? This is the kind of thing that interviewers use when they're looking for people with certain traits. They will want examples of times when you have exemplified these characteristics - they are looking for someone who will work well in a team.

That's all it is - nothing weird. but whatever examples of your past experiences you use will need to encompass this.
