As far as nausea but no vomiting. I also have pain on the
lower side of my abdominal, also pelvic pain. I have also
been more tired. At time my abdominal gets fatter than other times.
I went to the clinic, but they told me to come back on my apt. date (Nov. 29.) So what should I
do in the mean time.

If you have pain be careful because it could be an ectopic pregnancy.

You probably already know that you can get pregnant with your tubes tied but were you not told why you had to wait?
Find out, don't just sit around for no reason when you could be pregnant. Maybe it is too soon to tell but they should have gave you a reason

Rarely, does it happen but pregnancies can occur after a tubal ligation.

They have this thing out now called a home pregnancy test. Believe it or not, you can go to the drug store and buy one without a prescription, and usually only costs about $12. Also-you get results in about 3 minutes. This way, you won't have to wait for the 29th!

Take a HPT- having your tubes tied isn't 100%. You could also just have ovarian cysts.
