The Sims 2 PC Cheat Help?

How do you get the L & D tombstone or whatever its called and what is the cheat like the testing cheat thing? Thanks:)

ok you type the cheat
boolprop testingcheatsenabled tue
then press shift on the person (any person)
then on the options press spawn
then click the tomb stone of life and death or what ever

just press CTRL, SHIFT, C and write ''help -all'' and it will show you all the cheats !!!!!
