Is he one of the brothers that is on that Sunday night t.v. show called "Brothers and Sisters"? He looks like one of the brothers on the show. Is it?

No, they're two different actors. In the remake of "The Omen" that came out this year, the father was played by Liev Schrieber. In Brothers & Sisters, the actor you're thinking of (who plays Thomas) is Balthazar Getty.
