no! not if you are male and have to register for the draft, but not females ,even though they have every other PRIVILEGE! that a male has! and if you are rich and a dope head or pervert or other criminal then you have the best defense money can buy and you get to go to a rehab facility and not prison! [ that includes both liberal Hollywood and Conservative politicians! and the rich that support them!]

Not always. For example, convicted felons can't vote. And folks who were born in a foreign country can't run for President. (sorry Ahnuld!)

No! Gays are allowed [and some times encouraged]to state there preferences,but a Christian is not even allowed to pray in a public place,etc.
