If you are running windoze, get something that will clean up the registry. De fragmenting your hard drive or adding extra memory will only mask the underlying problem. Windoze has all sorts of cr@p running in the background that you neither need and often undesirable, this uses up system resources making your PC slower.
If you are (semi) computer literate and run no application or game that is dependant on what microsh@ft sell you every two years look at moving to Linux.

Vuze is peer to look software, so that you're literally not purely reliant on how briskly your computer can run (CPU % has an effect on how briskly you may pull stuff off the community, for that reason, your broadband connection - as an example, you'll favor a quickly CPU to completely utilise a 1Gbps connection, assuming that CPU isn't doing something else), and how briskly your broadband connection is, yet you're also reliant on what percentage everybody is "permitting" you to receive the document from their computer. Google for your computer kind and "service partition" or something similar. otherwise, seek for "device restore" in administration panel, and observe once you've an early picture to revive to.
