I have a new dell. And the internet explorer is alway freezeing up. IT says NOT RESPONDING. How can i fix it?

How many programs are loaded at the time and how much ram does the computer have? May just be low resources.

How new is it??? when did it start doing this. Sounds like a spyware prblem to me download spybot see if that fixs it
