I'm not sure how to take it off of suede, but I know how to take it off other clothes. I found on the internet to use cooking oil. I was very skeptical about trying it, but it worked. After one washing the glue from the sticcker was all gone!! I don't know if you can put suede in the washing machine, if you can, you might want to try it on a small area.

If it's new, return it for a new one. Or take the jacket and rub it on the carpet. That's what I do when they put stickers on CD's, clothes, etc.. and when you peel it, it leaves that sticky stuff all over the product.
