You will have to go to the state where you were born and get a copy of your birth certificate. Have your work ID or get another one if it was also lost. Letters from your minister, the fire department and police reports also help.

Do you have a drivers license.? Go to the court house. or contact them by phone(clerk of courts office). Tell them your birth certificate was destroyed and you need a certified copy. They charge a small fee, but if you have a drivers license and can answer simple questions, like the info on the certificate, mothers maiden name, etc, they'll probably issue one to you. Then go to the local Social Security office and aply for a duplicate card. They'll probalby ask you identifing questions also. Call ahead of time and ask questions to make sure you have any necessary info ahead of time to save time later.

Contacting the hospital where you were born won't helpyou. All of that info was sent to the court house in the county of which you were born.

You'll have to contact the hospital where you were born and request a certified copy of your birth certificate. Then you can use the birth certificate to request replacements for all your other IDs.
