Gold is the favorite bank reserve to support their currency all around the world. It has limited production and hard to find on Earth. Beside that, every ladies on Earth love to wear the jewelry. Gold is using more and more when the population keeps going up. Now it's $625/ ounce. You can double money in 2 yrs if you bought gold. USD keeps going down, gold will be more expensive.

gold is more expansive because it is avilable in less quantity than any other metal and metals those which are avilable in less quantity than gold they are more expansive than gold.
for example- diamond is expansive because it is avilable in very few quantity. gold and diamonds are symbols of status because they r avilable in very few quantity. IF IRON AVILABLE IN LESS QUANTITY THAN GOLD, PEOPLE USE IRON FOR JEWELLERY SIMPLEY BECAUSE IT IS EXPANSIVE AND EVERYONE CAN NOT AFFORD IT.

THINGS BECOMES PRECIOUS BECAUSE OF THEIR MAGNITUDE.
