Well if it is an online employer, check the internet for positive/negative forums first. Then you will know why they want ot hire you and others (Fast turnovers/etc). Reliability is a huge concern, you never want to work for someone that cannot pay you ON TIME.

Number One it's a job. Sit down and figure out the advantages. If you can benefit from the job in alot of ways i would say work for them. But make sure it's something you want to do and you will enjoy working. and make sure they are paying you alot of money too..
