Don't try and define a relationship, if you really want a relationship with someone. The fact you are even friends shows that you have things in common and like hanging out with each other. If something else develops you have the best starting point, a friendship. At least she is being honest with you by saying she's not looking for a b/f. However friends with benefits can have a habit of not working out. Especially if you're feelings are stronger for her and she decides to go for a 'proper' relationship with someone else. Be careful and just be aware of when it might be wiser to take a back step and calm the relationship down, otherwise you might end up losing a friend!

How do you know that she likes you back if she does not want a boyfriend?
Talk to her and see what she wants.
