Because I really like this girl who is a tomboy, and she is my friend and all but is it bad to like her because she is a tomboy?

It's never wrong to be sincere! If you like her because she's a nice person, then it's not wrong. If you were to like her because she had money or her parents have an expensive house, then it would be wrong.
I see you put this question in the "Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgendered" category. For the record, I'm heterosexual but was a tomboy when I was a kid. I'm still kind of a tomboy but all grown up now. My boyfriend likes that about me.

I have read, and I believe, Tomboys are the real women of tomorrow. They know how to relate to boys (men), and make them happy. They understand them.

Why shouldn't you like her?
Different strokes for different folks. If you are male, just because you fancy a tomboy doesn't make you gay, onlt fancying a boy does.
If you are a girl, well, you go girl you and me both : )
