I know that will depend on my companys policy, but should I report it. It's starting to interfere with her work, and the rest of us are picking up the slack.

If you are not her supervisor then you should mind your own business. Do your own work and don't be concerned with what she (your co-worker) is doing or not doing. Eventually the management will find out (on their own) that she is looking at porno on the company's computer. I say this because if you report her yourself and this person finds out it's you, there could be a confrontation, a fight, an act of revenge and that you don't need. In this day and age, you just don't know how people are going to react, just read the newspapers and see for yourself! Please stay out of it.

Company policy has very little to do with it. If her actions are interfering with YOUR productivity or others, therein lies the problem. Be very carefull in this, Unless you know for a fact she is viewing it on purpose. I had one manager that had porn on his terminal at work, however it was a virus/Trojan problem and he had nothing to do with it.
I would ask her to stop, let her know its affecting you and others, and let her tell her side.

If you mention it to your supervisor, just say that she is spending too much time surfing the Internet. If they are concerned they can look at the surfing history and take care of the situation whether it is a counseling, official reprimand, or firing. I would not say what type of Internet surfing is being done unless it is offensive to you for that reason alone.

If you are certain; if she fails to clear the history of her searches and it can be proven; if it's requiring you to work more; then, send an anonymous letter to your supervisor stating the circumstances. Then let your supervisor deal with it and you should drop it; be aware that he or she simply might not care (although I doubt that will happen).

I can't believe that your company doesn't have some sort of tracking on their computers to stop personal usage.
Yes, you should report this person.
