People say they like smart questions around here then why do the dumbest question get the highest answers????????? :)

I think it's simply because they are the easiest to answer. Not only that, but some people will ask a serious question and send it to voting, and some people don't want to go through the trouble of a long answer if it goes to a vote because the people voting aren't necessarily reading the answers either :(

I'm thinking "smart" questions require "smart" answers. In other words, a lot of typing...lol

they make creative answers for smart people and they are smart enough for most of people here!

yes, I've wondered that too... i see most thumbs down and few answers to intelligent questions while Q's such as "do you like my name/avatar, etc." usually get thumbs up and many answers... hmm, i prefer not to tell you what is my conclusion to this, i know you'd figure it out for yourself.
