12 inch lemons? You are absolutely sure they are lemons, right? Try nitrogenating them. You will need a tank of nitrogen gas and a air tight chamber. This may be more than you are interested in, though.
Do the green lemons still taste like lemons? If so, you may have a great product here.

It might be a Pomelo. It is like a huge Lemon/Grapefruit. See the pic below. I'm not sure there is anything you can do to make it turn yellow. Is it getting enough sun?

you said that they don't turn green and you want them to turn yellow? that doesn't make sense. what color are they then? orange? LEMONS are yellow, and LIMES are green!
