i'd rather sit in the car, it would be much warmer!
seriously, it depends on where you buy the petrol, whether it was motorway driving or round town, how fast you go, hills etc etc. I would say round about £8 - £10

For the humiliation you'll have to endure driving that stupid little death trap it should be about 25p. Thuthfully it will probably be around £7 as few cars actually make much over 60MPG. But as I could do that trip in a 2.3 for £10 I suggest you buy a vehicle that has more in common with a car as opposed to a shopping trolley!!!
