I would like to see a pie chart of the 2007 or 2006 budget for the US w/ a few categories broken out.

Where can I find expenses for previous yrs broken into major areas (10-20?) for the US Gov't. Not a forecast, but actual expenses for those yrs.

No pie chart, but here is the 2007 budget in table format.

Best to start at page 22, which breaks it up into discretionary and non-discretionary. Then you can get more granular in each of those sections on pages 6 and 8 respectively.

You can also do this for the 2006 budget.

It's not a pie chart...... but it's a list of Government spending amounts back to 1962. Hope it helps.
