You always have a choice. You don't HAVE to hang out with them. If you've seen the movie "Mean Girls" you'll know what I mean. It sounds like you are looking for exceptance. Hang out with your friend that you know like you, and stop looking from acceptance from girls that are not going to give you the time of day. I would suggest reading Queenbees and Wannabe's. It's a book that was written that the movie was based on. It's a great read.

When I was a child, I first I stayed away from groups. I wasn't a loner, but was satisfied with a few good friends. Once, because I went to a new school, there was only one friend there at the beginning of the year, and he began to hang around with a group. They were the bully-type, and I had no trouble getting accepted - all I had to do was lower my standards. There was this one particular student that the group liked to torment. At first, I never treated him badly, and I think he thought that I was kind and an exception in the group I hung around with. Then I decided to 'prove' myself to the group. I said something to intimidate this guy. Initially, he was smiling at me, but after what I said, he turned immediately sullen. I felt like I had betrayed him. That marked the end of my experiences among such people because I didn't want to be that mean.

If it is that difficult to put up with the group you have chosen to hang with you will have to ask yourself it it is worth while. You must feel that you are getting status from the other girls or some other benefit. Is it worth it? If not you may want to look for a different group that is more to your liking or you can work on how you feel about yourself and lose the dependance on a group to hang with so that you can be free and independant.

and you habg with them why?
becuase you have no social status? becuase you lack confidence
too afriad to go it on your own or find better friends? you feel the need to fit in at any cost?
then you have a lot to learn and will alwsy be a follower and not a leader
