i am cooking 47 frankfurters in my oven, each frankfurter weighs .5 pounds each... if a four-hundred pound man reaches into the oven and eats 6 frankfurters, what is the poundage of the frankfurters left??? and why would he do this?? this is both mathmatical and philisophical...

if he eats 6 , there remains 41 of each 5 pounds so 41*5 = 205 pounds remain.
If the oven is hot enough, I suppose he will not have the time to eat such a lot

The poundage left is 23.5. Just because he ate them doesn't mean they aren't still there.
