Who was the original lead singer of INXS and do I remember corretly that he died and if so do you know how?

Michael Hutchence - yes, he died from strangulation. It was either suicide or accidental autoerotic asphyxiation; the exact reason was never determined. This happened on Nov. 22, 1997.

(Autoerotic asphyxiation, without getting too graphic, is strangling yourself to the point of blacking out, for the purpose of sexual gratification.)

Michael Hutchence - he was hanged, originally they thought it was a suicide, but later I think they decided that he was having deviant sex and it went too far.
