.............get the smell of perfume off my handbag! Smashed my bottle of perfume inside my bag the other day, and have washed it lots since but it still stinks the house out!

I agree. put baking soda in the bag and let it sit for 24 hours... outside. (on a non rainy days) and it should be better. Repeat as needed until it's all better. If it's cheap, then it's mostly alcohol and should fade quickly enough. If its the most expensive kind, then it's mostly oil and that will stain the bag and be harder to fade and that's where the baking soda will be more handy.
Either way, baking soda and fresh air should work.

The same thing happened to me when I moved and packed all of my perfume bottles together and a couple broke. Put your handbag in a spot where it can sit and air out. Then wait!

Since you've already washed it, perhaps you can put baking soda in it and air it a few hours before washing again, with vinegar?

i dont know... if you can wash it, try soaking it in a sink with bakingsoda for a few hours and then wash it again.
