when a player recieves a yellow card he is given a warning and his name and number are entered into the referee's notebook, so if he is acting up or commits another foul he can be shown the red card, sent off, miss upcoming games...
generally clubs don't fine their players over yellow cards, but if the player does have disciplinary problems he could be fined a weeks wages.

nothing happens he just keeps on playing only if he get another yellow card then he will get suspended for the game and the teams next game. he will miss what is left of the game and miis the next game. ANd no, his club won't fine the player for getting a yellow. If that would happen the players would get fined all the time, that sort of stuff always happens.

A yellow card doesn't really bring with it any consequences, unless of course you get two of them in one game, which means you're sent off.

In league and cup competitions if you accumulate a certain number of yellow cards (for example, 3 or 5) you get a suspension. How many matches depends on how many cards and the nature of the competition, but it's usually just one match suspension.

The player gets fined only if the club wants to, but usually they don't. In fact, sometimes they defend the player and criticise the referee for giving the card (I know I do in Championship Manager).

nothing like that
he just keeps playing and if he gets another yellow card it's a red card and he gets sent off and often they have to miss future matches as penalties.
