NO!! Although self-defense would be a possible exception. However, people trained in self-defense are also trained in how to do the least possible damage and still preserve themselves from harm. And unfortunately there MAY be times a homicide occurs. Which is tragic and usually very difficult for the survivor to cope with psychologically.

thou shall not kill should be translated thou shall not murder
acts of war
self defense
executing violent criminals (murderers, rapists)
those are the biblical reasons to kill someone
