from that list, Eddie Guerrero (RIP) and Chris Benoit.
Why? hmm. Dunno, maybe I feel a special bond with Eddie because I''m latin too. But I love the way he wrestled and I loved his attitude, you know? Being serious when needed but always adding a touch of humour. And I loved the liying cheating and stealing, it was hilarious.
And Chris Benoit I became a huge fan since I saw him breaking Sabus neck. It was terrible, but Benoit was worried, he was actually asking everyone "Is it over? did I just end up this guysd career??" He was really worried!!! And well, I love the crossface, I think he has learned how to perfection it with the time.
So yeah, dunno. I think those too. For me Wrestlemania XX, with both Eddie and Benoit in the middle of the ring hugging each other and celebrating their titles, was one of the most memorable moments in WWE history.

Gangsta: nice list.. but each wrestler here is so different. each former or current champions. so here is my best discription for each
John Cena - Best under-rated champion ( I never thought John Cena would be as good or strong as he has proven himself to be. I never thought he would be able to pick up the BIg Show for an F-U to win his first US title. Or even have the skill to beat Triple H with the STFU. He has been boo-ed out of stadiums and arenas yet he stands his ground and takes it like a man. Under-Rated? yea.. at least for now. Look at who has held the title before ... Hulk Hogan, Ric Flair, Randy Savage, Stone COld Steve Austin, The Rock, Undertaker. Can Cena hold a candle to these legends? not now.. but in time.. perhaps.)
Rey Mysterio- best high flyer ( always making new moves, hope his knee gets better )
Eddie Guerrero- best rule breaker ( and able to get away with it and make me laugh every time he does it! )
Chris Benoit- Best technical wrestler ( In my opinion he is better that Kurt Angle )
Shawn Micheals - best performer ( takes one hell of a beating and keeps on coming )
Batista- best powerhouse ( amazing speed for a big man. along with his enormous power and size, his youth and stamina.. he will be a multi time champion for sure!)
If you put each of these wrestlers into the same ring.. who would be last man standing ( oh R.I.P. Eddie, I wish you were still here with us ) I would have to think that Batista would be the winner.

Ok now, I happen to think that all the wrestlers that you listed in your question are all future hall of famers.
Batista is a very talented wresltler and will succed at anything he wants.
John Cena never backs down from a fight. He is up for any challenge.
Eddie Guerrrero is one of a kind. He was a great wreslter and very talented as well. Rest In Peace Eddie.
Ah, Chris. What will we ever do with out you. He is truly a great subbmission master. And he to me is one of the best in bussiness. I am not saying he is the best, but he is one of them.
Rey Mysterio is a great inspiration to little kids such as I. When he won that World Heavy Weight chamionship at WreslteMania. This was his exact words: "Dreams really do come true." And I have used his words as an insprition for all of my life.
Shawn Michaels, is one heck of a show stopper. I mean there are so much things to say about him. He knows how to fight I will tell you that. But there is this other thing about him that makes people love him so much. And that's because he never let's you down. He gets up and try again. He is a future Hall Of Famer.
These are all the people I think deseve a spot on that Hall Of Fame. And to answer your question I think all of them are good talented wreslters!

Shawn Michaels
I've been watching him for the past 15 years and he still can put on an awesome show after all these years! He can play the role of the bad guy and make you hate him or he can turn around and the play the good guy and make you love him. He's just a great wrestler in general.

HBK all the way, Shawn Michaels is for real! Why? Because he is the best sports entertainer alive! Because he was the first one in the first ladder and hell in a cell match, or even more matches. He was the first one to have hold all championships made available to him. Last but not least, he is yours truely, the Heart Break Kid.

John Cena because he is the only one that has even body slammed Big Show, and his characterization is that of some one that cares deeply about all of his friends. However, Batista did body slam the Big Vis (Viscra?).

It's not fair to compare those wrestlers'. They are all so different.
John is OK, I can't think of one for cena.
Rey is a high flier
Eddie was the comedian
Chris was trained by Stu Hart
Shawn is past his prime
Batista is a powerhouse
And they all have their own strengths and faults. So in my opinion you can't compare them to each other.
