my only question is why would someone who needs a hysterectomy also need a vaginoplasty. That doesn't make sense. Anyway the US is not cheap as far as any health care goes so I would suggest Canada, but for either surgery the expense is going to be great.

I assume from your question that you do not have health insurance and if this is true there is no place in the US which will be financially feasible. It may surprise you to know that many Americans without insurance go to Canada, Mexico, and Saudi Arabia (among others) for such problems. If this sounds unusual let me say that the World Health Organization ranks these and 17 other countries ahead of the US in terms of the quality of health care provided.

in Argentina you can have a complete "medical/health tour" that includes hotel, medical studies, interviews with surgeon, private nurse for first days after surgery, private translator, and 10 days in some dreamed turistical spot after all is over and till you wait for the final ok of the doctor....for the same price you would pay in any other country just for the services of the doctor, and doctors and facilities in argentina are top level.
Nevertheless you always need written authorization from your own doctor.

I would not get a hysterecomy unless it is life threatening. I had one a year ago and it is the worst thing you can ever do. I didnt have a choice in getting mine, but if you do think it over and weigh your other options first. Not to mention you will be on hormones for the rest of your life and if you are like me you cannot afford those either. Please think about this if it is optional for you.
