Cold november night outside a pub:
A woman in the north is wearing a miniskirt and a boob tube and high heels.
A woman in the south is wearing hat,coat,gloves, scarf, thermal underwear,boots.
why are they so different in dress like this??

As being a girl from both the north and the south-- currently residing in the south I can very much ralate to the topic!
Northern women posses more money for one thing and its more natural up there to be very ... sexy and attractive and just go all out
here in the south the women may hold money but its not natural to flaunt it.. we like cowboy boots and hats and its about having a good time and it doesnt matter what we wear! Because the southern boys arent concerned with the fact if we have a coach bag or chanel jewelry.. its about having fun and being ourseleves!

In the south we're not used to cold weather. Our climate is very warm. Forty degrees is cold for us. In fact, I live in central Louisiana and we only have about 1 month of cold weather. We use air conditioning in December & January. So a frost feels like Antartica to us. But we southern women have a charm & class about us. A lot of us don't care what you wear or what label it is. As long as you're clean & neatly groomed. Another thing, the south is know for it's good food and Louisiana has the best food. Our Cajun & Creole culture is unique to the world. We're very hospitable, wear what you want, be it camoflauge pants & rubber boots, come to our cochon de lait or bouchrie & pass a good, cher`.

Northern Liechtenstein vs. Southern Liechtenstein. sure, the age-previous competition. Morally they're extremely similar. everybody is waiting emigrate from one area to the different. Acculturation not withstanding.

I am from the north. I don't dress like that. I don't dress like the one you describe from the south either unless I am walking in the woods in the cold.

we are used to a warm climate. The coldest it ever gets here is high 20's and you can bet we are at home by a fire, wrapped in a blanket for that. We are unused to the cold so we dress warmly when we are out in it.

Just kidding, we're superficial up here. We care more about how we present ourselves.
FYI: mini skirts and boob tubes have not been in style in NYC in quite some years.

Try maxi skirts with the comparative side slits those will look great you! It doesn't matter if you have long legs or not only strut that skirt
